Software Engineering Intern (Two Positions)

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing technology business at a pivotal moment. We are hiring two software engineering interns to join our engineering team, where you will play a real role in how complex digital solutions are designed, built and delivered.

The Role

You will be a valued addition to our Engineering team. Your core responsibilities will include:

Product Development

• Build and maintain software using our recommended tool stack and infrastructure
• Assist in managing the full application development lifecycle in a consistent and disciplined manner
• Create simple, functional landing pages for our gated content (reports, white papers, webinar recordings) with integrated lead capture forms

Sales Enablement

• Build, document and refine a reusable demo environment for the Kokoodi platform
• Ensure the demo environment is consistently branded, stable, and highlights the key differentiators of our product
• Provide technical support for marketing activities, such as setting up and troubleshooting webinar platforms

Product and Documentation

• Assist in creating comprehensive product documentation, including feature lists, technical specifications and annotated screenshots for use in sales materials
• Design and build a simple V1 dashboard to showcase key success metrics for our pilot clients, helping to prove our "Time to First Value"
• Conduct technical reviews of assets and document processes for future handoffs

Skills and Attributes

Technical

• Web fundamentals: solid understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript to build functional, responsive websites and landing pages
• Programming proficiency: comfortable in at least one modern language (Python, JavaScript, Java, C#), with a grasp of syntax, data structures, functions and methods
• AI and LLMs: conceptual understanding of AI and Large Language Models, including prompt engineering, and a working knowledge of Agentic AI and MCP frameworks
• Problem solving: able to independently diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Documentation: you write clean, clear documentation for the tools and environments you build
• Bonus: experience with a front-end framework (React or Vue), version control (Git and GitHub), or setting up analytics

• Clear communication: you can explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
• Attention to detail: a keen eye for user experience and polished, professional work
• Collaborative mindset: you enjoy working with others towards a shared goal
