Software Engineer, ML/AI

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting. 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting. 2 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning or natural language processing. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. 2 years of experience with performance, large scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, and/or debugging. Experience developing accessible technologies. Proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering. Experience with LLMs and training/ Responsibilities Create innovative software engineering efforts, drive the design, and development that solve or strategically address business objectives. Ensure product excellence, technical excellence, and performance. Uphold engineering best practices (functional testing, performance testing, instrumentation, experiments, etc.). Collaborate with teams across the globe (Prague and SF office). Flexibility. Help the team push toward our strategic goals.
