Software Engineer (.NET)

Your Mission

As a Software Engineer at CCS, you'll play a key role in our modernization journey—bridging legacy systems with future-ready solutions. You’ll help deliver innovative, high-quality software that transforms how our clients operate. What You’ll Do

You’ll join a team focused on modernizing our insurance back-office systems—critical components in our clients' ecosystems.
Your main focus will be on SureCore, our next-gen solution that works in tandem with Level, our trusted legacy platform. This hybrid approach lets us evolve system functionality domain by domain. You enjoy working at the intersection of old and new tech, and you thrive on technical challenges that require creativity and collaboration.

Your Skills & Experience

Must-have:

• Strong experience with .NET

• Hands-on knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

• Comfortable with Docker and container orchestration

• Proficient in GitHub for version control and collaboration

• Familiar with both relational and NoSQL databases

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud-native patterns

• Excellent team player with clear communication skills and a love for continuous learning

Nice-to-have:

• Background in non-life or income insurance

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Pulumi

• Familiarity with Azure and/or .NET Aspire

What We Offer

• Competitive gross salary: €4,500 – €5,750 per month, depending on experience

• 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days (option to buy up to 20 extra)
