Join a product development team focused on enhancing a mature product configuration and quoting solution used primarily by manufacturing organizations. This role contributes to the expansion of the team’s AI initiatives by helping deliver new product capabilities, integrating AI services into existing applications, and improving user productivity through innovative features. The position plays a key role in accelerating feature delivery, supporting product enhancements, and contributing technical expertise within a collaborative global development environment that partners closely with colleagues in Manila and the United States.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Developing and enhancing product features within an established .NET-based application platform
- Contributing to AI-related initiatives and integrating AI capabilities into existing product functionality
- Collaborating with development teams in Manila and the United States to deliver product backlog items, enhancements, and defect fixes
- Participating in technical and architectural discussions by providing recommendations, feedback, and solution options
- Reviewing code and supporting fellow developers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing
- Maintaining and improving backend services, databases, and application performance across the platform
- Sharing new technologies, development practices, and technical learnings through team knowledge-sharing activities
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience developing applications using C# and .NET technologies
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience developing and enhancing features in existing enterprise applications
- Experience working with TypeScript in a professional software development environment
- Experience participating in technical design or architectural discussions
- Experience contributing to feature delivery, product enhancements, and defect resolution
- Experience collaborating within distributed or cross-functional development teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-related application development or AI feature integration
- Experience migrating applications from .NET Framework to .NET Core or similar modernization initiatives
- Experience building applications or solutions from the ground up
- Experience with React
- Knowledge of Docker containers
- Knowledge of Kubernetes
- Experience working within framework or platform development teams
- Experience supporting knowledge-sharing sessions or technical mentoring activities
