About the role

We're hiring a Senior / Staff-level engineer to focus on building and improving our data processing, automation, and API infrastructure. Depending on your interests, there's room to work on user-facing full stack product and AI-focused features as well.

We're looking for people to lead projects with multiple engineers, mentor folks and in general take on a leadership role in the team.

What you'll do

• Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions

• Write well-designed, testable code

• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility

• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system

• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures

• Document and maintain software functionality

• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems

• Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback

• Comply with project plans and industry standards

• Ensure software is updated with latest features

• Other tasks as may be given

What we're seeking

Must have

• Bachelor/College Degree holder in Engineering, IT and the likes is an advantage

• Must be proficient in any of the ff: JS/JQUERY, MySQL, MS SQL, Java, C#, VB.Net, web services,

• Hardware Integration using C# Programming, C# ASP.net MVC, React JS Scripting, SQL Server DB, Mobile App Development using Xamarin Framework

• Oracle and SAP knowledge is a huge advantage

• Previous work in an I.T. company is an advantage

• Can work with minimum supervision

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• High level of work ethics and trustworthiness

• Excellent in oral and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal/people’s skills

• Must be scientific, technical, and strategic in his process and execution

Nice to have

• Experience planning sprints

• BS or MS in computer science, engineering, or other technical degrees

• You are energized by working on both backend and frontend projects
