Responsibilities

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, balancing performance, quality, and delivery speed.

• Develop new digital product features from scratch, collaborating with design, product, and other areas.

• Build and optimize advanced, responsive user interfaces adaptable to multiple screen sizes and platforms.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable APIs with a strong focus on performance, security, and data integrity.

• Actively participate in code reviews, suggesting improvements and maintaining code consistency.

• Identify opportunities to refactor and enhance existing solutions.

• Share knowledge and learnings with the team.

• Leverage AI tools (like Cursor, v0, etc.) to enhance velocity, code quality, and developer experience.

Requirements

🤗 What we’re looking for…

• 3+ years of experience in software development, ideally in cross-functional product teams.

• Strong front-end skills using Next.js/React and TypeScript.

• Experience with styling tools like TailwindCSS, and animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP.

• Back-end experience using NodeJS and NestJS.

• Experience designing and querying relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

• Advanced understanding of SEO, accessibility, and web performance.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

• Willingness to give and receive ongoing feedback to promote continuous improvement.

• Experience (and strong interest) in using AI-powered tools (e.g., Cursor, v0, GitHub Copilot) to enhance development workflows.

• English proficiency (B2 or higher).

🤓 Nice to have…

• Experience with React Native.

• Knowledge of the AWS and Vercel ecosystem.

• Experience integrating and customizing headless CMSs (e.g., Sanity, Strapi, Contentful).

• Previous use of AI tools for prototyping, debugging, and documentation.

• Experience reviewing other developers’ code and providing constructive feedback.
