Job Description
Join our Markets Business Technology tribe as Software Engineering Chapter Lead where you will modernize solutions in Risk and XVA domain. You will lead a chapter of experienced software engineers while staying technically involved in day-to-day development work. This dual role offers the opportunity to shape both technology and careers in a collaborative environment.
What you will be doing:
You will be part of either the Market Risk Modelling or CCR & XVA Modelling team, working closely with product owners, architects, and engineers across locations to deliver secure and scalable solutions. Your technology landscape includes .NET/C#, OpenShift, AWS, MS SQL Server, and MySQL.
Your main responsibilities will be:
The workplace can be in Vilnius, Lithuania or Copenhagen, Denmark. If you are hired in Lithuania, monthly salary range would be from 5760 EUR to 8640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).

What you will be doing:

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead and grow a chapter of software engineers through coaching and career development.
- Build a collaborative engineering culture with product owners and architects.
- Champion engineering approaches through mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Work with product owners and architects to deliver maintainable solutions.
- Take ownership across the full product lifecycle from development to deployment.
- Contribute to modernization initiatives and AI-powered tools.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in cloud application development.
- 1+ years of people leadership experience.
- Strong product mindset with focus on quality, automation, and security.
- Confidence to take technical ownership and explain trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Collaborative, servant leadership mindset with genuine interest in coaching engineers.
- Curiosity and willingness to improve both current and legacy solutions.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional, and internationally distributed teams.
