What You'll Actually Do Build real features — Collaborate with our engineering team on applications that ship to real customers Write production code — Python, JavaScript, SQL—the stuff that actually runs our platform Work with data — Help design pipelines and analytics that turn messy fleet data into actionable insights Learn by doing — Get hands-on with modern web development, databases, and AI/ML workflows No busy work. No artificial projects. Just meaningful engineering alongside people who want to help you grow. What We're Looking For Pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field Comfortable with Python and JavaScript (coursework, personal projects, or hackathons all count) Curious about data—you like understanding what's happening beneath the surface Clear communicator who asks good questions Excited to learn fast in a startup environment where things move quickly Why Operio?
