Location & Flexibility Our interns are integral parts of our teams at TELUS Digital. Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices. In order to help retain this culture, this role will maintain an in-office presence in a hybrid capacity from one of our offices in São Paulo (2 times/ week or 8 days/ month) or Porto Alegre (3 times/ week or 12 days/ month). The Opportunity As a Software Engineering Intern at TELUS Digital, you’ll impact our organization by working alongside a passionate team and learning and developing your love for mobile app development technology. Our internship program gives current students the chance to make an impact, all while receiving one-on-one mentoring from our full-time team members. Not only that, but you'll have a fun and exciting office to go to, and plenty of chances to socialize with your fellow interns. Responsibilities Your day-to-day work will influence millions of users You’ll have the opportunity to learn every day from engineering leadership Hands-on experience by collaboratively working on real client work You’ll build amazing products people love You’ll participate in the delivery of large and complex software projects in a team-based environment Qualifications Enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree Program in Technology, Engineering or similar areas of study, from the 3rd semester forward. Your graduation date should be set for August 2028 or later. Interest in Front End OR Back End development Living in either Porto Alegre or São Paulo and being able to work in-office three times per week (POA) and twice per week (SP). Availability of 30 hours a week for at least 1 year and half of internship Intermediate to Advanced English level.
