What You’ll Own As a Team Lead, you will combine strong technical expertise with people leadership to drive both delivery and team growth: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration Own the delivery of key products and features, ensuring quality, scalability, and reliability Guide the team in building robust, modern systems using microservices architecture and best engineering practices Drive continuous improvement by refining development processes and introducing efficiencies Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, DevOps, and other teams to deliver meaningful solutions Influence and align multiple teams towards shared goals and outcomes Support team development through feedback, coaching, and performance conversations What You Bring You’re a strong technical leader with a passion for building both products and people: Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer or Engineering Team Lead Solid expertise in PHP , Symfony (or similar), and modern software architecture Strong understanding of microservices, domain-driven design, and scalable system design Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams Proficiency in Git-based version control (GitHub, GitLab, etc.) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills A strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery and quality What Makes You Stand Out Experience collaborating across DevOps, QA, and product teams Ability to influence decisions across multiple teams A mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices I am sure you are reading this job description and meet majority of the criteria BUT you may also still not be 100% comfortable in applying.
