Join a high-ownership, fast-moving team shaping how modern clinics operate. What you will do You’ll help design and build the systems and interfaces that power AI-driven practice operations: Build scalable backend infrastructure, APIs, and data pipelines that support real-time decisions across clinics. Develop intuitive, modern UIs in React and Next.js that surface agent activity and streamline workflows. Build production grade AI workflows across our stack. Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to design and architecture discussions. Ensure reliability, observability, and performance across the platform. Work directly with clients and help design the future of care. What we're looking for Engineers with strong foundations who can operate across one or more of the following areas: Backend Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy) (2+ years) GCP (or other cloud equivalent), PostgreSQL (or other relational databases) Frontend TypeScript (2+ years) React & Next.js, React Query, Tailwind Experience shipping beautiful, intuitive UIs to real users Bonus Experience building with AI Agents in production interacting with real users. CI/CD, testing frameworks, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub, Elastic search. Very strong design instincts.
