Our client is an international technology company headquartered in Luxembourg, delivering digital solutions to a global B2B customer base. As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking a Software Program Manager to lead strategic software initiatives and drive the successful delivery of complex development projects.

Joining a dynamic team of around 40 professionals, you will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and contribute to the company's ongoing technological evolution. We are looking for a hands-on and pragmatic Program Manager with strong technical acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Your responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the COO, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of strategic programs and cross-functional projects that support the company's business and digital transformation objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating multiple strategic programs and projects across business and technology teams.
• Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating collaboration and decision-making.
• Driving process improvement, digitalization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Building and monitoring business cases, budgets, KPIs, and project performance indicators.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Establishing project governance, prioritization frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
• Supporting change management initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Influencing and engaging stakeholders across the organization to successfully deliver transformational initiatives.

Required skills for this role:

• At least 5 years of experience in Program Management and Business Transformation
• Strong understanding of technology environments and the ability to interact effectively with software development teams (background in Java development would be appreciated)
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving business, operations, and IT stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience building business cases and evaluating project ROI.
• Solid understanding of project governance, prioritization, risk management, and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change without direct managerial authority.
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Project Management (PMP, Prince2, Agile) and/or Change Management certifications are considered an asset.
