Software Team Leader (Python, AI)

As a Software Team Leader for XSA (xDome Secure Access), you will lead the development of our industry-leading secure remote access solution. In a world where critical infrastructure is increasingly connected, your team will build the bridge that allows safe, monitored, and frictionless access to sensitive industrial environments. You will deal with complex networking challenges, identity management, and high-availability systems where security and performance are equally paramount. Responsibilities: Drive a high-performing team of developers, fostering a culture of technical ownership, security-first mindset, and continuous delivery. Lead the design and implementation of robust secure access features, ensuring seamless integration between IT and OT networks. Oversee the development of scalable, high-performance gateway and proxy architectures that support global enterprise scales. Work closely with Product Management and Security Researchers to implement Zero Trust principles and advanced session monitoring capabilities. Invest in your team’s professional growth, promoting best practices in code quality, security protocols, and system resilience. Requirements: 3+ years of experience leading R&D teams in a fast-paced environment. 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong track record of building complex systems in Python. Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, RDP) and security concepts (Zero Trust, Identity Management, Encryption). Experience building distributed, high-availability systems that handle real-time traffic and data. Proficiency in utilizing AI development tools (specifically Cursor and Claude) to accelerate development workflows, code generation, and problem-solving. Would be a plus: Familiarity with frontend frameworks like Angular or React. Experience with Cloud-Native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, K8s). Experience in the Cybersecurity industry, specifically in Remote Access (VPN/ZTNA) or Identity (IAM). What we offer Help and support from our caring HR team. 20 working days of annual paid leave.
