Company Overview Pantheon Data (a Kenific Holding company) is a private, small business based in the Washington, DC, area. Our service offerings have grown in the past ten years, including infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. Perform regression testing following application changes, defect remediation, configuration updates, integrations, patches, upgrades, and releases. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios, coordinating test execution, documenting results, capturing user feedback, and supporting resolution of identified issues. Validate system interfaces, automated data transfers, integrations, reports, and data exchanges between internal and external or legacy systems. Work closely with business analysts, developers, system administrators, technical architects, product owners, and Federal stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure solutions meet Government requirements. Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demonstrations, retrospectives, and release planning, as applicable. Support change control and configuration management processes by ensuring proposed system changes have been appropriately tested and validated prior to deployment. Follow applicable DHS policies, procedures, security requirements, accessibility requirements, documentation standards, and System Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) processes. Perform testing assignments independently, exercising sound judgment in determining appropriate test methods, documenting findings, and escalating significant risks or issues. Required Skills and Experience 3–10 years of relevant professional experience in software testing, application testing, quality assurance, systems testing, systems analysis, application support, or a related technical discipline. Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios. Experience performing functional, regression, integration, system, and/or User Acceptance Testing.
