Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Software Tester at ATS Vietnam. The Software Tester will design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases to verify system functionality, performance, and usability. Daily responsibilities include reviewing requirements and specifications, preparing detailed test plans, executing functional, regression, and integration tests, and documenting test results. The role involves identifying, recording, and tracking defects, collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure timely resolution and improve product quality. The Software Tester will also participate in continuous improvement of testing processes, contribute to quality assurance documentation and standards, and support release activities to ensure stable deployments.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Software Testing and Quality Assurance skills, with experience in structured testing methodologies.
• Candidates should possess Test Execution and Test Cases skills, including creating, maintaining, and executing test scenarios based on requirements and user stories.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, identify edge cases, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear defect reports.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks, scripting, or basic programming concepts is an advantage.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile or Scrum methodologies, and collaborative work with cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
