🧠 What’s non-negotiable:

• Degree (with strong academic performance)
• Strong analytical thinking (maths, logic, problem-solving)
• Experience in a formal testing environment
• Solid manual and/or automated testing experience

📌 Critical experience required:

• Investment / financial systems exposure, such as:
• Asset or fund management platforms
• Trading / order management systems
• Portfolio accounting & performance calculations
• Pricing, valuations, or financial instruments

🔍 What you’ll be doing:

• Deep, analytical manual testing (not surface-level)
• Validating financial data, calculations, and outputs
• Reviewing and strengthening automated test coverage
• Ensuring logic is properly tested before release
• Identifying where financial logic can break — before it does
