The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Manager, Solution Advisors CDI & Quality, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading and developing Solution Advisors supporting both Inpatient (IP) CDI, Outpatient (OP) CDI and Quality product customer engagements.
- Driving team performance and accountability to achieve customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, and operational objectives.
- Partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Clinical Services, and Executive Leadership to align customer strategies and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Establishing and executing customer success strategies that promote best practices, solution optimization, and long-term customer value realization.
- Supporting team members in resolving complex customer challenges, escalations, and opportunities related to implementation, training, workflow adoption, NLU capabilities, clinical content, and product utilization.
- Providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development to cultivate a high-performing, customer-focused organization.
- As a CDI and Quality SME you will identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across the customer base and driving proactive plans to improve customer outcomes and business performance.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives and clinical leaders, helping customers achieve strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Option 1
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and 8 years of healthcare industry experience with a focus on Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), healthcare technology, revenue cycle, clinical informatics, or related healthcare software solutions.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of healthcare industry experience in CDI, revenue cycle management, healthcare technology, customer success, consulting, implementation, or customer support leadership.
- Four (4) or more years of people leadership experience managing customer-facing, consulting, implementation, customer success, or support teams.
- Experience supporting successful implementation, adoption, optimization, or utilization of CDI software and technology solutions.

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Three (3) or more years of experience leading managers and/or multi-level customer-facing organizations.
- Three (3) or more years of experience developing and executing customer success, adoption, or service delivery strategies.
- Experience working directly with healthcare provider organizations and executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing customer escalations, complex business issues, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.
- Experience with Solventum CDI solutions and clinician productivity technologies.
- Strong understanding of Clinical Documentation Integrity, revenue cycle, quality reporting, and healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
- Experience working with healthcare executives including CFOs, CIOs, CMIOs, CNOs, CDI Directors, Physician Advisors, and physician leadership teams.

- Demonstrated success leading organizational change, customer transformation initiatives, and strategic account planning.
- Experience utilizing data, analytics, and performance metrics to drive customer outcomes and business decisions.
- Sales, Product, Implementation, Clinical Services, and Customer Success teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
