The successful candidate will also assume core compliance and management positions within the London office: COLP – Compliance Officer for Legal Practice COFA – Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration Manager & Head of Legal Practice (London Office) This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious solicitor seeking both responsibility and international exposure. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation across a wide range of matters. Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, agreements, and reports. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Work collaboratively with colleagues across our international offices to deliver effective solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK laws and regulations, ensuring full SRA compliance. Oversee compliance processes and support the operational management of the London branch. Build and maintain strong client relationships, upholding the firm’s high standards of service. We are seeking a solicitor with strong legal expertise and a proactive, client-focused approach.
