Solicitor/Associate

We are growing our Keoghs Scotland’s Abuse team in Glasgow and are looking for a Solicitor or Associate.This is a challenging, high-impact role advising a varied and interesting client base on complex and sensitive claims.You’ll work with a dynamic, supportive team and engage with evolving legal issues. Work on complex, high-profile cases Be part of a supportive and expert team Access to career development across broad legal disciplines Hybrid working and flexible arrangements A culture that values integrity,growth,and innovation Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated abuse claims(Defender) Forensic review and analysis of documents,liability, quantum,and causation Drafting advice,court documents,and correspondence Preparing witness statements and instructions to experts and counsel Liaising with clients and conducting site visits Supporting Partners and contributing to team initiatives Engaging in business development through articles,blogs, presentations,and events Working Hours 35 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. Primary location for this role is the Glasgow Office although we operate flexible working.
