Lead technical implementation projects for our enterprise customers, ensuring successful integration of our SaaS solution Configure and customise our platform according to specific client requirements and business needs Develop and maintain data mappings between client systems and our platform, ensuring seamless data flow Provide technical consulting to customers throughout the implementation process and support pre-sales activities Drive API integration projects, working closely with customers' IT teams and third-party integration partners Create and maintain technical documentation for customer implementations Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to align implementation processes with product updates Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during implementation Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth customer onboarding Contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation processes and best practices Skills & Experiences 2+ years of experience in technical implementation, integration, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing technical roles, with strong Python skills Strong technical background with understanding of APIs, data mapping, and enterprise software integration Experience with SaaS implementations and customer success processes Strong self-management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset Experience working in an agile environment Knowledge about ERP systems, like SAP ERP / S4/HANA, is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Native or C1 level) Why You Should Join Our Team Unique opportunity to directly shape our growth by joining at this stage of our start-up and make a real impact with your contribution Independent work in a team and steep development opportunities in a fast-growing company in the field of sustainability - Take ownership from the start Experience the opportunity to work with one of the most innovative Green Tech startups in sustainable packaging, advancing the circular economy Very flexible, innovative and creative working environment Competitive salary Flexible work arrangements (remote or hybrid possible) or work from our modern and bright office in Freiburg About us Shaping a sustainable future together We're building the global operating system for packaging sustainability to empower companies in making data-driven decisions.
