- Contribute to technology roadmaps, investment decisions, and the evaluation of emerging technologies, including AI and automation.
- Identify and manage architectural risks, dependencies, and solution quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
About You

You will bring proven experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across platforms such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, TechnologyOne, UKG, or similar enterprise systems, with strong knowledge of ERP, HRIS, Payroll, and Finance environments.
You will have experience designing and integrating enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and cloud technologies, supported by a solid understanding of cybersecurity, privacy, identity management, and compliance requirements. Experience working across SaaS and hybrid technology environments is essential.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead end-to-end solution architecture, develop strategic recommendations and business cases, and ensure technology solutions align with enterprise standards and business objectives. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management skills are essential, along with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and meaningful business outcomes.
Above all, people will be at the core of everything you do committing to and supporting our Mission and Values.
