Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Egypt)

Our client, Coca-Cola HBC , is looking for a Solution Architect to drive the evolution, stability, and performance of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem. You will design end-to-end solutions across business, application, data, and integration layers while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. Define architecture for D365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and mobile applications. Design integrations between D365, SAP, Azure services, and other enterprise systems. Collaborate with product teams, architects, developers, and vendors to ensure solution quality and consistency. Maintain architecture documentation and solution artifacts following TOGAF principles. Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Azure DevOps best practices. Identify performance improvement opportunities and support continuous platform evolution. Participate in technology evaluations, RFI/RFP processes, and roadmap planning. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Senior Developer, or Technical Lead within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments. Strong hands-on experience with D365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service. Experience designing integrations with SAP ERP or similar enterprise systems. Knowledge of TOGAF, SOA, and enterprise architecture principles. Strong technical background in: Power Platform Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, Data Factory, Application Insights) C#, .NET, JavaScript HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Node.js SQL and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Fluent English. Nice to Have Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or TOGAF certifications. Experience in FMCG or other large-scale international organizations.
