The selection process
Please apply before the 14th October, 2026. The selection process comprises two interview rounds. In a final meeting we will discuss the terms of employment and your tailored benefits package. We aim to finalize the entire process within four weeks.
As you will be working for clients in the domain of defence and security, a Certificate of No Objection issued by AIVD (the Dutch General Intelligence and Security Service) is mandatory. This means you will have to undergo a security screening. Read more about security screening.
What will be your role?
- Translate business requirements into feasible, secure and maintainable solution designs.
- Develop architectural solutions for SAP, ERP and related business applications.
- Assess the impact of changes across processes, applications, data, integrations and operations.
- Advise on ERP roadmaps, cloud transformation, integration strategies, data platforms and AI adoption.
- Connect business stakeholders, architects, project teams, operations teams and suppliers around shared solutions.
- Review supplier proposals and designs for quality, alignment and future sustainability.
- Support projects and transformation initiatives through clear architectural guidance.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise, information, security and operational architecture principles.

What we expect from you
- Master's level working and thinking capability, preferably in Computer Science, Business Information Management, Engineering Management or a related field.
- At least five years of experience as a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, Technical Architect or a comparable role.
- Experience with complex ERP and enterprise application environments.
- Affinity with SAP and sufficient knowledge to guide architectural decision-making.
- Knowledge of integration platforms, APIs, data exchange and analytics solutions.
- Experience with cloud transformation, hybrid landscapes and platform modernization.
- Experience operating in multi-vendor and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong learning agility and the ability to quickly master new technologies and business domains.
- SAP S/4HANA;
- SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP);
- SAP Integration Suite;
- SAP Datasphere;
- SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors and/or Fieldglass;
- Business AI and Generative AI;
- Clean Core and ERP modernization;
- Security by Design, privacy and auditability.
