About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a strong Supply Chain background to join a dynamic IT organization in Antwerp.

In this role, you will act as the link between business and IT, translating business needs into effective and scalable solutions. You will play a key role in projects from initial concept through implementation while contributing to the evolution of the organization's application landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into functional IT specifications.
• Design functional solutions and develop conceptual and logical models.
• Assess dependencies between functional and non-functional requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria together with business stakeholders.
• Guide projects from analysis and design through implementation and deployment.
• Prepare, execute and coordinate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support stakeholders during testing phases and manage change requests.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Contribute to the future application landscape and standardisation initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with business, IT and project teams.

Required Profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role such as Solution Architect, Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in:
• Requirements Engineering
• Business Analysis
• Functional Analysis
• Solution Design
• Project Management
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Experience with process modelling and functional documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe or similar).
• Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is considered an advantage.
