Solution Architect/ Tech Lead (ITO, upto $2500)

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Solutions Architect / Tech Lead to join our growing Solutions team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between customers and delivery teams by understanding business requirements, proposing suitable technology solutions, and supporting the sales cycle from opportunity qualification to contract closure.

This role requires a solid technical background, hands-on experience in the IT Outsourcing industry, and excellent communication skills to work with clients across the US, Europe, and Australia.

Main responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales to understand customer business needs and technical requirements.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and design scalable, practical solution architectures.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture, SOW, effort estimation, and delivery approaches.
• Lead technical presentations, workshops, solution demos, and PoC activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Delivery, QA, DevOps, and PM teams to develop competitive solutions.
• Review and validate solution designs, estimations, and technical proposals.
• Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses with high-quality technical content.
• Mentor Solution Architects and Technical Leads on solution design and estimation.
• Identify technical risks, assumptions, and mitigation plans during the pre-sales phase.
• Ensure smooth technical handover from pre-sales to delivery.
• Stay updated on modern technologies, cloud, AI, and software architecture trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Leadership, including at least 2+ years of hands-on pre-sales experience in an IT outsourcing environment.
• Strong experience working with international clients (US, Europe, Australia, etc.).
• Proven track record in end-to-end solution architecture, technical estimation, proposal writing (RFP/RFI/RFQ), and defending technical solutions and proposals before clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, APIs, DevOps/CI/CD, and modern web/mobile technologies.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud-native solutions is a plus.
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions, estimate scope and effort, and balance technical and business requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience facilitating technical workshops and mentoring technical teams.
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ (or above).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Familiarity with estimation methods (Story Points, WBS, Function Points).
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, TOGAF, Scrum, or PMP are a plus.
