About You

【必須（MUST）】

• エンタープライズレベルのHCMソフトウェアに特化した、プリセールス、ソリューションコンサルティング、または類似の役割で5年以上の経験がある方

• 技術系および非技術系のステークホルダーを含む多様な聴衆に対して、説得力があり記憶に残る製品デモンストレーションを提供する実証されて来られた方

• 採用、オンボーディング、タレントマネジメント、報酬、給与計算を含む中核的なHCMビジネスプロセスに関する深い機能的知識を有している

• 顧客および社内チームと効果的にコミュニケーションを取るために、ビジネスレベルで日本語と英語を活用されて来られたこと

• 強いビジネス感覚と財務知識を持ち、テクノロジーソリューションをビジネス成果と投資収益率（ROI）に結びつける能力
