Solution Consultant (2 - 6 Month Temporary)

The Solution Consultant (Case Strategy - Temporary) supports the team’s goals by leading teams in the use of complex methodologies, protocols, and tools for identifying key or responsive documents. The Solution Consultant also supports clients in the deployment and optimization of select Lighthouse AI tool offerings, such as IQ Answers. Solution Consultant is a lead-level position in information retrieval, requiring a mastery of search/analytics software and the ability to scope client needs, design technical and process solutions, lead a team’s execution, proactively communicate, identify risk, and mentor less experienced team members. What will this person do? Project Responsibilities - typically correlated with Lead 1 Project role: Masters DART/Lighthouse Search syntax and functionality Leads Case Strategy project teams for standard projects Develops ownership of Lead-level tasks in the following areas, sometimes with guidance: Project scoping Technical and process solutions, including Lighthouse IQ Client communications Resource Management Execution strategy Project communications Leadership and mentorship Risk identification AI Client Enablement: Masters Lighthouse Case Strategy AI tools Assists clients with the deployment of Lighthouse Case Strategy AI offerings, such as IQ Answers, by providing training and support Consults with clients to design workflows incorporating AI tools Bring your passion and together we will shine. It would also be great if you had the following: Strong oral and written communication skills Keen attention to detail and a practiced sense of order and organization Strong analytical skills Strong pattern recognition skills Aptitude for quickly learning technologies and processes Adjusts to new situations quickly and aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team Competency in a PC/Windows environment using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent additional years of experience in professional or academic experience with research, data mining, strategic search, data analysis, text analysis, technology-assisted review (TAR), Electronically Stored Information (ESI), content management or linguistic analysis 2+ years of work experience Work Environment and Physical Demands Duties are performed in a virtual office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material. Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends). Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane.
