About the role:
As a Solution Developer at SEB, you’ll join a professional team within
Credit & Capital Tribe
, working on maintaining and modernizing risk-weighted asset calculation according to Basel guidelines solutions.
You’ll contribute to system improvements, lifecycle management, testing, and incident resolution. You’ll also collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other development teams to ensure our data sourcing approach supports robust credit risk assessment and capital adequacy.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
Over 3 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL development
Experience designing and developing Python applications, experience with Django
Working knowledge of Apache Kafka for messaging and stream processing
Knowledge in application deployment and operations within Kubernetes (OpenShift) environments, docker
Proficient in using code version control systems and collaborative development workflows (Git)
Ability to take initiative and ownership
Analytical skills and knowledge to handle complex information
Great collaboration, communication skills and fluency in English
