ABB E-mobility is searching for a Go-to-Market and Solution Manager as part of our Portfolio Management Organization that supports as technical solution expert the successful introduction of new offerings to the market as well as their fast and efficient scaling into our sales channels. Your Responsibilities As a Go-to-Market and Solution Manager you will be contributing in the 4 key areas: New Product Intro to Market : You guide the last step of our product development process by supporting how new offerings are introduced in real pilot projects to the market. You are owning the customer engagement processes from pre-sales to execution, controlling how new technology enters and scales in the market at early stage. It ensures that deployments are validated under real conditions and that scaling only occurs once both technical performance and economic logic are proven, with clear criteria to expand, adjust, or stop the sales opportunities in this technically and commercial exciting growth area. Enable business multipliers (Multiply). You are responsible to technically enable our key segment specific integration partners to successfully sell, engineer and deliver charging infrastructure projects with solution expertise and blueprint training at the point of introduction of new offerings and during the life cycle of the overall porftolio. Supporting product governance and act as interface for the segments teams (Scale). You address product offering and technical feature gaps as an interface between segments (market) and our product organization. Support triage of incoming customer/project feedback and cluster requests for further processing (modification of standard offering, incremental product improvement, help to push quality/bugs mitigation). Furthermore, you are defining best practices and share them across the segment team, to improve the overall market success. Special Solution Support to internal stakeholders in Asset Operation and Embedded Charging Solution Team for site/solution related questions.
