Solution Engineer

We’re hiring a Solution Engineer for our Malaysia team to sit at the point where our platform meets real client problems.

The Role

You’ll design, build, and deploy customized solutions for enterprise clients on the CloudApper platform. That means understanding the problem, architecting the workflow, integrating with the systems they already run (HCM, CRM, ERP), and staying with it through deployment and beyond.

You’ll work directly with clients, engineering, product, and sales, using APIs, webhooks, AI, and third-party integrations to build things that would take other teams months.

You’ll own the full cycle: Consult → Design → Build → Deploy → Support

What We’re Looking For

▸ Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

▸ 2-4 years of experience in API integration, workflow automation, or software development

▸ Strong analytical skills. You can read a messy requirement and see the real problem

▸ Comfortable in client-facing conversations. Can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

▸ Ability to manage multiple client implementations without dropping quality

▸ Comfortable with a remote-first, distributed team environment

Bonus Points If You:

▸ Have worked with HCM platforms like UKG, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors

▸ Have experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

▸ Have used workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n

▸ Come from a SaaS or enterprise software background

▸ Have worked with AI/LLM APIs

▸ Have experience with international or cross-timezone clients
