Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams from sprint planning through production deployment under the VA DevSecOps Release Framework.
• Enforce release gates, code scanning and deployment packages.
• Lead integrations with VistA, MVI, iFAMS and Oracle Health EHR.
• Build solution roadmaps and advise VA on modernization, AI/ML and emerging technology.
• Run SAFe events across teams and report solution status in VA tools.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience, including 8+ years in software engineering (Senior / Level III).
• 3+ years as a federal technical or solution lead.
• Experience delivering under a federal DevSecOps release framework with CI/CD and release gates.

Desired Skills:

• Integrations with VistA, MVI, iFAMS or Oracle Health EHR.
• AI/ML or supply chain optimization solutions.
• ServiceNow/Nuvolo or Maximo solution design.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• One or more of: SAFe APSM, SAFe POPM, SAFe Architect, SAFe Agilist, TOGAF, COBIT.
• Red Hat Certified Engineer or Specialist in Cloud-Native Applications.

Clearance:

• Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust and a VA PIV credential.

Location:

• Remote, USA.

Pay Range:

• The suggested pay for this position ranges from $115,546 to $125,875.
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
• Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
