Solution Manager

We’re hiring: Solution Manager Belgium (Flanders) ⚡

ATMOCE is growing in the Benelux, and we’re looking for a technical expert to be our go-to reference for installers in Flanders.

What you’ll do

• Train installers on our solar inverters, energy storage and EV charging solutions (in Dutch and English)
• Act as the technical point of contact for installers and follow up on technical cases
• Contribute to manuals, data sheets, training materials and presentations
• Bring field feedback back to our product teams
• Support sales in customer meetings, at trade shows and on competitive positioning
• Work closely with the Benelux sales team, our Solutions team in France and R&D in Germany

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics or a related field
• Knowledge of PV systems, inverters or batteries is a strong advantage; solar, storage or EV experience is a plus
• Fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus)
• A customer-oriented, proactive mindset and the ability to explain technical topics simply
