  • You provide advanced technical support for our autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), covering software, system and hardware-related issues.
  • You investigate technical issues using logs, telemetry, field data and customer feedback to identify their root causes.
  • You coordinate corrective actions with our development, deployment and service teams and follow them through validation and rollout.
  • You keep track of the operational software state of our robot fleets, including software versions, configurations and rollout status.

  • You combine strong analytical skills with the ability to understand both technical details and the overall system behavior.
  • You communicate clearly across technical and customer-facing teams and are comfortable coordinating different stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
