RESPONSIBILTIES
-
Develop and execute a stakeholder engagement and adoption strategy for the program’s capabilities.

Build trusted relationships with government leaders, engineers, users, platform teams, and mission partners.

Translate technical features into compelling mission use cases, outcomes, demonstrations, and success stories.

Plan and deliver briefings, workshops, demonstrations, office hours, training sessions, and community events.

Identify adoption barriers, user pain points, misconceptions, and organizational constraints and route them to the appropriate program owners.

Create reusable messaging, presentations, playbooks, onboarding materials, FAQs, and technical narratives tailored to different audiences.

Develop user communities and champion networks that increase peer-to-peer learning and sustained adoption.

Capture customer feedback and usage evidence and help product and engineering teams prioritize improvements.

Measure adoption through engagement, onboarding, usage, satisfaction, and mission-impact indicators.

Coordinate with program management, architecture, product, software factory, and full stack teams to ensure demonstrations accurately reflect delivered capability.

Represent the program at relevant government forums, technical exchanges, and industry events when authorized.

Ensure planned hours are worked and recorded accurately in accordance with company and contract requirements.

Identify and communicate opportunities that could lead to program, customer, or company growth.

Ensure contractual deliverables are completed on time and meet or exceed customer expectations.

Complete professional development planning and participate in required company and program activities.

Build productive, positive professional relationships with customers, teammates, and mission partners.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Clearance: Active Secret required; TS/SCI preferred.
Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in technology adoption, customer success, technical communications, product management, engineering, training, or mission enablement.

Ability to understand complex technical systems and explain them clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Demonstrated success building trusted customer relationships and driving adoption of new technology or ways of working.

Excellent presentation, facilitation, storytelling, writing, and active-listening skills.

Experience creating demonstrations, workshops, onboarding experiences, and reusable enablement content.

Working knowledge of cloud, software factories, DevSecOps, digital engineering, or artificial intelligence.

Ability to synthesize feedback into actionable themes without overpromising program capabilities.

Comfort operating across organizational boundaries and with senior military, civilian, and industry stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of engagements and follow-up actions.
PREFERRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Experience supporting Department of the Air Force transformation, digital engineering, or software modernization initiatives.

Background as an engineer, architect, product manager, trainer, or technical customer-success leader.

Experience with DAF CloudWorks or comparable government software factory environments.

Experience communicating responsible AI capabilities, limitations, governance, and adoption practices
