Archer Solutions Architect (2 openings)

Location: Jersey City, NJ, Dallas, TX, Tampa, FL (Hybrid 3 days/week) (will take relocation)

Duration: 12 Months Contract to Hire

Required Technical Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience architecting and configuring RSA Archer solutions in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated design experience with Archer applications, workflows, access controls, dashboards, reports, data feeds, and REST APIs.
• Ability to design secure, scalable, maintainable GRC integrations and data flows across enterprise systems.
• Experience governing platform upgrades, releases, testing, performance, production readiness, and technical-risk remediation.
• Working proficiency in architecture-aware development using one or more of Python, Java, or .NET for integration or automation scenarios.

Non-Technical Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of complex technical outcomes through influence, judgment, and cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to translate governance, risk, compliance, security, and business needs into clear technical decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including architecture documentation and senior-stakeholder recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Archer with Snowflake, Navex, or Process Unity.
• Experience modernizing or stabilizing GRC platforms in regulated financial-services environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM or MetricStream alongside substantial RSA Archer architecture experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field.
