Role We’re looking for a Solution Architect to join our Go-To-Market team and lead the technical conversation with some of the world’s largest financial services organizations. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, technically fluent professional who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and enterprise customer relationships. Your day-today activities will include: Engage directly with prospects and customers to understand their business and technical requirements and translate them into compelling solutions with clear business value. Design and architect end-to-end solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients' existing systems and architectures. Enable banks to leverage FlowX.AI ’s enterprise-grade AI capabilities to radically accelerate the creation, deployment, and evolution of customer-facing digital products. Engage in client-facing activities, including technical discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concepts, and RFP/RFI responses. Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor in their digital transformation journeys. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment throughout the sales cycle and handover to delivery. Provide insights and feedback from customer engagements to inform the product roadmap and continuously improve our offering. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in banking and financial services, to deliver innovative solutions. Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in roles such as Solution Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Solution Consultant—ideally in enterprise SaaS or financial services technology. Deep understanding of enterprise environments including Java/.NET architectures, cloud-native platforms, API integrations, and containerization (Kubernetes experience is a strong plus). Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions within complex IT landscapes. Familiarity with core banking systems, middleware, and digital front-end frameworks. Track record of leading technical pre-sales engagements, tailoring value propositions for executive and technical stakeholders. Excellent consultative and communication skills - you can distill complexity and speak the language of both the boardroom and the dev team. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a startup-ready mindset.
