Your role as Solutions Architect & Technical Content Strategist

As a Solutions Architect & Technical Content Strategist, you’ll combine deep AWS technical expertise with strong content strategy and development skills to create credible, implementation-focused content that connects customer needs and technical use cases with AWS Marketplace solutions.

You’ll develop content strategy and 100-300 level hands-on technical learning content for architects, developers, engineers, and other AWS technical audiences. Content types include tutorials, implementation guides, blogs, reference architectures, code samples, GitHub repositories, whitepapers, webinars, and demonstrations. You’ll also collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Partner Solutions Architects, AWS Partners, and ISVs to develop and validate technically accurate content.

Your skills and approach:

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in solutions architecture, technical content strategy, technical writing, developer advocacy, cloud technology, or a related field.
• Must have Solutions Architect-level expertise with the AWS technology stack and first-party AWS cloud services.
• Must have hands-on experience as a developer, engineer, Solutions Architect, or other technical cloud practitioner.
• Proven experience creating and presenting technical tutorials, implementation guides, architecture content, technical patterns, code samples, or demonstrations.
• Ability to translate complex cloud and infrastructure concepts into clear, practical content for technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, SEO, editorial planning, technical review, and content performance measurement.
• Experience collaborating with Solutions Architects, engineers, developers, product teams, marketing teams, and technology partners.
• Strong technical writing, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AWS Marketplace, cloud marketplaces, GitHub-based documentation, ISV technologies, partner ecosystems, or infrastructure software is preferred.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $70 to $80 per hour. The final rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location. Please note that the range listed applies specifically to this position and may vary for other roles.
