Is this job info correct?

Founded in 2001, Resident Advisor (RA) is one of the world's longest-running music media brands and a cornerstone of the dance, electronic and DJ ecosystem. The site's audience of over 76 million monthly users is drawn in by a combination of news, editorial, club listings and ticketing, RA-branded events at venues and festivals worldwide, original films and a weekly mix series that has run for 20 years. Purpose of the role: We are seeking a Solutions Consulting Manager to join our Consulting team. This role is pivotal in supporting our ticketing partners both before and after they sign up with RA, ensuring a seamless integration and ongoing success. The successful candidate will work closely with Revenue leadership as well as our Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions tailored to the unique needs of our promoters. Key responsibilities: Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with Revenue teams, including Sales and Account Management, to facilitate discussions, focusing on complex and large-scale agreements. Develop and utilise onboarding templates for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto the RA platform. Demo RA solutions to prospective clients, helping them understand the benefits and impacts of our services. Discover, collate and advocate for customer needs to the Product team, escalating common themes and requirements. Post-Sales Support: Lead the onboarding of new customers onto the RA platform, establishing and refining best practice guides. Become the go-to expert on RA’s promoter products and services, providing reliable support and guidance to our promoter community. People Management and Cross-Functional Co-Ordination: Manage other Promoter Solutions team members (1 direct). Strategise for and lead the rollout of promoter-facing cross-functional projects (e.g. RA's recently re-launched tech stack, Shift). Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to test and launch new products and integrate best practices into our offerings. We’re looking for: Proven experience in customer success, solutions engineering or a similar role within a tech company. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks as needed. What we offer you: Generous annual leave policies, including a company-wide closure period at year-end, aimed at promoting work-life balance. Flexibility in working arrangements, offering hybrid or remote work options based on role requirements and location. Matching pension schemes and/or 401k. Comprehensive staff wellbeing initiatives, featuring regular activities and workplace programmes to support mental and physical health. This includes provisions such as Mental Health Days, subsidised therapy, discounted Classpass memberships, and custom-fitted earplugs. Company-led social events, team lunches, and discounts on RA merch. Paid annual volunteering allowance, encouraging contributions to community projects and charities you care about. Regular company-wide Q&A's with senior leadership, along with ongoing virtual educational training sessions for all staff. A transparent internal company culture committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (see: https://ra.co/about/diversity ). Active involvement in community projects within the electronicmusic community (see: https://ra.co/about/community ). More about RA: As an independent company run by devoted dance music enthusiasts, our mission is to bring together the world's electronic music communities. Our Global Contributor Network (GCN) and international teams help us establish connections with hyper-niche local scenes. We became B-Corp certified earlier this year, which counts us among businesses leading a global movement for an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy; and part of a community that meets high social and environmental impact standards. We especially welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, abilities, ethnicities, experiences, gender identities, and sexual orientations. We aim for our teamto reflect the communities we engage with. We ensure everyone is valued and respected by actively promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in our workplace. Our values: Electronic music is art. We celebrate the progressive values that underpin electronic music. We advocate for a more inclusive and equitable electronic music community. We honour the past, present and future of electronic music. We use innovation to empower the community. We choose honesty over gain and purpose over profit. We're always front left. This is a full time and fixed-term position, and the expected salary is £37,500 to £45,000 per annum. If you have questions about the role, please contact [email protected]. This role is based from our London office and will be expected in at least three days a week. This listing will be open for a minimum of two weeks from 14th July 2024.
