Solutions Engineer, AI (Thai National Only) Location: Bangkok, Thailand Level: Junior to Mid-level About Oriona Oriona is a Bangkok-based enterprise AI platform built around a simple problem: most companies can't trust the answers their AI gives them. We provide a governed orchestration layer that connects large language models to enterprise data, runs securely in the customer's own environment, and keeps costs and accuracy under control. We work hands-on with enterprise clients to take AI from promising demo to production, and we're growing our team to meet that demand. About the role We're looking for a Solutions Engineer who can sit at the intersection of technology and customers. You'll work across the full customer journey: from pre-sales technical conversations, through solution design in the project phase, to hands-on forward-deployed work embedding with clients to make sure Oriona delivers real value. This is a varied, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys both the technical depth and the people side of building solutions. What you'll do Partner with the sales team as the technical voice in customer conversations: demos, scoping, answering technical questions, and addressing security and architecture concerns Translate customer needs into solution designs and help shape how Oriona is deployed for each client Work directly with customers during implementation, sometimes embedded with their teams, to configure, integrate, and troubleshoot Build proofs of concept and help customers see what's possible Act as a bridge between customers and our product/engineering teams, feeding back what you learn in the field Support customers through onboarding and into early adoption What we're looking for Comfortable being technical and customer-facing at the same time: you can talk to engineers and business stakeholders Some experience with software, cloud, data, or AI/ML (formal or self-taught) Able to understand and work with APIs, integrations, and system architecture at a working level Strong communication skills in Thai and English , since you'll be working with local enterprise clients Curious, hands-on, and willing to learn quickly in a fast-moving space Bonus: exposure to LLMs / generative AI, enterprise software sales cycles, or solution consulting Nice to have Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment Familiarity with enterprise data, security, or governance concerns
