About us:
Working at Tech Holding isn't just a job, it's an opportunity to be a part of something bigger. We are a full-service consulting firm that was founded on the premise of delivering predictable outcomes and high-quality solutions to our clients. Our founders and team members have industry experience and have held senior positions in a wide variety of companies – from emerging startups to large Fortune 50 firms – and we have taken our combined experiences and developed a unique approach that is supported by the principles of deep expertise, integrity, transparency, and dependability.
The Role:
We are looking for Solutions Engineers for a project-based assignment to support the development and implementation of identity and trust infrastructure for the internet, including emerging AI agent technologies. This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role that combines deep expertise in DNS, networking, PKI, and agentic AI protocols with solutions architecture, technical consulting, and proof-of-concept development. You will work closely with customers, product, engineering, and business teams to translate technical requirements into practical solutions, demonstrate product capabilities, and support successful customer integrations. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading technical customer conversations, designing solution architectures, and building working prototypes using modern programming languages, REST APIs, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical lead in customer meetings, discovery calls, workshops, and demos.
- Speak in depth about DNS (resolution, DNSSEC, zone management, registries and registrars) and how it supports identity and trust.
- Explain networking fundamentals to technical and non-technical audiences: TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP, routing, load balancing, and CDNs.
- Advise customers on PKI: certificate lifecycle, certificate authorities, chains of trust, mTLS, and key management.
- Guide customers on agentic AI protocols such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A), including agent discovery, identity, authentication, and authorization.
- Design and build proofs of concept (POCs) and prototypes that show how the client's products solve real customer problems.
- Translate customer requirements into solution architectures, integration plans, and technical documentation.
- Answer technical questions in RFPs, security reviews, and solution proposals.
- Share customer feedback with product and engineering to shape the roadmap.
- Create reusable demos, reference architectures, and enablement content for sales and partner teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of DNS, including DNSSEC, record types, resolvers, and authoritative servers.
- Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP/S, and common network architectures.
- Practical experience with PKI: X.509 certificates, certificate authorities, certificate lifecycle management, and mTLS.
- Working knowledge of agentic AI and LLM integration, including protocols such as MCP and A2A, and how agents discover, authenticate, and call each other.
- Proven ability to build POCs quickly using Python, Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar languages, plus REST APIs.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can explain complex topics to engineers and executives alike.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Nice to Have:
- Experience at a domain registry, registrar, DNS provider, certificate authority, or CDN.
- Familiarity with identity standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, DIDs, or verifiable credentials.
- Experience building AI agents with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or the OpenAI or Anthropic SDKs.
- Knowledge of internet governance and standards bodies (IETF, ICANN, W3C).
- Relevant certifications, such as CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, or a cloud architect certification.

- Remote, USA
