We’re looking to grow our Engineering Team at NLS!

Are you ready to lead the charge as our Solutions Engineer Technical Lead? You’ll be the ultimate chameleon of our team, adapting seamlessly to every challenge that crosses our path. Armed with your profound Duck Creek expertise, you’ll be our problem-solving maestro, analyzing requirements, tackling complex tasks with finesse, and leading communication with your team, our clients, and our third-party partners to make sure every project delivers.

Imagine this: You’ll lead client conversations, decipher business needs, manage expectations, and make sure every solution ties back to real business goals. You’ll weave ManuScript magic for Duck Creek integrations, set the gold standard for best practices, development workflows, and meticulous documentation, and put AI and modern tools to work so your team moves faster and makes smarter decisions. Your technical prowess spans an array of languages and tools, from .NET and C# to SQL, Azure Cloud Services, and beyond. Microsoft Office 365? You’ve got it down to an art. But it’s not just about tech; your communication skills are exceptional, your attention to detail is unmatched, and your ability to lead and inspire is legendary.

Whether you’re a self-motivated solo act or a collaborative team player, you thrive in both worlds, and you can do it remotely or from one of our offices in Springfield, MO, Puerto Rico, or Honduras. You’re the one who takes ownership of customer issues and champions them to resolution. A bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Information Systems is great, but we’re also open to your impressive experience taking the lead. With 6-10 years of Duck Creek mastery and a deep understanding of Author, Express, Server, User Admin, Party, and the integrations that tie them together, you’re the guiding light that ensures our clients’ future capabilities meet every functional and technical demand.

If you’re ready to lead with wisdom, engineer with brilliance, and navigate the Agile landscape with finesse, come join us at NLS, where we’ll build the future of Insurtech, one solution at a time!
