How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Manage, coach, and develop Solutions Marketing Executives, providing clear direction on messaging, go-to-market execution, performance expectations, and professional development.
  • Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities, threats, and positioning gaps and use these insights to strengthen go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee campaign analytics, attribution, and ROI measurement to evaluate marketing effectiveness, identify optimisation opportunities, and support data-driven resource allocation and commercial decision-making.
  • Guide the development of clear and compelling messaging and value propositions, ensuring consistent communication across products, solutions, campaigns, and audiences.
  • Champion a user-centric product marketing approach, using customer journeys, adoption data, and customer insights to strengthen positioning, messaging, campaign planning, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, Growth Marketing, and other functions to drive alignment, address operational challenges, and support successful delivery of integrated go-to-market initiatives.
  • Oversee day-to-day team operations, performance metrics, budget adherence, and resource allocation, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support commercial outcomes.

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested In You Having

  • 3–5+ years' experience in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Go-to-Market, Commercial Marketing, or a related discipline, including hands-on experience delivering go-to-market initiatives.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience leading or supervising marketing professionals through direct line management or formal team leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience organising and executing go-to-market processes, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring effective delivery within a marketing function.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with experience using campaign, operational, attribution, and ROI data to generate actionable insights and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong market and commercial insight, with proven experience analysing customer, industry, and competitive data to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • A track record of developing clear and compelling messaging and enabling teams to translate complex product capabilities into meaningful business value for different audiences.
  • A user-centric product mindset, with experience applying customer feedback, user journeys, and adoption insights to improve positioning, messaging, and marketing performance.
  • Strong people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product Management, Growth Marketing, customers, partners, vendors, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, leadership, commercial disciplines, or a related area.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel regularly across the UK&I region to RLDatix offices and customer and prospect locations.
