Description
Hylogic is at the heart of redefining the SCM landscape for the Fortune 500 'giants', with a primary focus on the FMCG industry. We are a fast-growing IT consulting company specializing in supply chain planning transformation and advanced planning solutions.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced S&OP Portfolio Analyst to join HyLogic on a contract basis, embedded in the central supply chain team of a global medical technology manufacturer. You will own planning data, analytics and reporting for a product portfolio, manage product phase-in and phase-out, and act as backup to the client’s S&OP Portfolio Manager.

The client is transforming how it plans, and you will help shape that change. You bring analytical rigour and portfolio knowledge; HyLogic’s Advisory and Delivery teams bring the methods, the Kinaxis Maestro expertise and the coaching.

Your path into consulting
This role is designed for a hands-on planning analyst who wants to become a consultant.

  • A senior HyLogic consultant as your mentor, with regular check-ins.
  • Structured Kinaxis Maestro learning, with support towards certification.
  • Hands-on consulting experience: S&OP design, requirements definition, solution validation and stakeholder management in a live transformation.
  • A clear route to a Business Consultant – Supply Chain role at HyLogic, based on performance during the engagement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in supply chain planning, S&OP or supply chain analytics, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Solid knowledge of S&OP processes and product lifecycle management, including phase-in and phase-out.
  • Hands-on experience with a planning tool such as SAP IBP, SAP APO or Kinaxis Maestro.
  • Strong Excel and Power BI or Tableau skills; confidence with large volumes of end-to-end supply chain data.
  • Ability to turn trends into quantified scenarios and clear recommendations.
  • Confident communication with demand, supply, commercial, finance and plant teams.
  • Fluent business English.
  • Genuine interest in moving into supply chain consulting.
Responsibilities
The portfolio covers 250–400 SKUs, 1–2 factories and three regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas). Your focus is resolving long-term supply chain imbalances so it meets financial targets and customer needs while optimising inventory, cost and service.

  • Maintain and validate end-to-end planning data; build dashboards and reports for the S&OP and S&OE cycles.
  • Plan and execute product phase-in and phase-out, coordinating with demand planning, supply planning and commercial teams.
  • Prepare S&OP analytics (forecast accuracy, inventory turns, days of supply, service level) and present scenarios and recommendations at monthly S&OP meetings.
  • Track supply adherence, S&OP cycle adherence and alignment between operational and financial plans.
  • Back up the S&OP Portfolio Manager during absences.
  • With HyLogic Advisory, define requirements for reporting automation and validate delivered solutions.
  • Spend time on site with industrial and commercial teams.
Nice to have
  • Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) experience, ideally as a key or super user.
  • Involvement in an S&OP, IBP or APS implementation (requirements, testing, UAT).
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing: medical devices, pharma or FMCG.
How to apply
Send your CV and a short note on why you want to move from planning analytics into consulting.

Working conditions
Remote-based role, located in Europe, with occasional travel to clients’ commercial sites.
