Role BMI is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to report to the Head of Strategic Partnerships. This individual will provide essential administrative support and assist with light analytical tasks to help the team operate efficiently. Responsibilities Support acquisition, partnership, and strategic project evaluations through research, information gathering, and preparation of management briefing materials Review and summarize business, financial, and operational information to identify key developments, risks, and follow-up items for leadership Assist with the preparation of presentation materials, including gathering supporting data and coordinating inputs across teams Monitor key project milestones, budgets, and performance metrics, highlighting variances, trends, and areas requiring management attention Perform ad hoc analytical projects and special assignments in support of corporate development, strategic planning, and post-acquisition integration activities Manage and align complex calendars for the Head of Strategic Partnerships across global time zones. Coordinate virtual and in-person calls, meetings, and video conferences with internal leadership, external advisors, investment bankers and legal counsel. Assist with high-priority email triage, drafting formal correspondence and managing executive digital filing systems. Coordinate international and domestic travel itineraries, visa logistics and end-to-end expense reporting. Keep digital archives, deal pipeline trackers and vendor/advisor contact databases accurate and up to date. Conduct basic secondary research on potential target companies, industry trends, and market landscapes, compiling clear briefing notes or executive summaries. Perform data entry, audit data integrity, and support the update of deal tracking spreadsheets and executive dashboards. Assist in drafting, formatting, and refining pitch decks, briefing documents and review materials using PowerPoint and Word. Collate, scrub, and summarize operational and financial data from multiple sources for preliminary team reviews using Excel. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of combined experience in executive administrative support, operations coordination, or support analyst roles, preferably within global financial services, corporate finance, or advisory firms. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS Teams, Zoom, Slack). Exceptional written and spoken English fluency, with a polished professional tone suitable for interacting with global stakeholders. High attention to detail, strong time management skills, proactive problem solving and the ability to work independently with globally distributed teams.
