Lime is hiring a Sourcing Operations Analyst to join our Indirect Strategic Sourcing & Services team. Reporting to the Global Sourcing Services Manager, you will independently manage an assigned portfolio of procurement requests, prepare and submit purchase requisitions, and deliver accurate operational reporting that supports timely, compliant purchasing.

This is a hands-on execution and analysis role. You will coordinate with requesters, approvers, and business partners to move requests through established workflows, resolve routine and moderately complex issues, and identify recurring blockers. You will partner with the sourcing operations process owner to escalate exceptions and support approved improvements, while remaining accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of your assigned work.

What you will do:

• Manage assigned sourcing help desk tickets from intake through resolution, validating information, coordinating next steps, and maintaining clear requester communication and complete records.

• Prepare and submit purchase requisitions, validate required purchasing details and supporting documentation, and follow up with requesters and approvers to resolve gaps and keep requests moving.

• Support related purchase order updates and lifecycle activities within established procedures and approval requirements.

• Independently prioritize assigned work against established service targets, track aging requests, and proactively escalate blockers or exceptions requiring process-owner or management decisions.

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting on ticket volumes, backlog, turnaround times, PR activity, and data quality; validate source data and explain material trends or discrepancies.

• Investigate recurring transaction and workflow issues, recommend practical improvements, and support testing and implementation of approved changes.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and supporting documentation in line with established policies and controls.

• Perform other duties and support additional projects as assigned by your manager based on business needs and consistent with the scope and level of the role.

About you:

• 1 -3 years experience in procurement operations, purchasing, procure-to-pay, shared services, or a related business operations environment.

• Ability to independently manage an assigned workload, resolve moderately complex operational issues, and recognize when escalation is required.

• Working knowledge of requisitions, purchase orders, approval workflows, and procurement documentation.

• Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills, including validating data, preparing recurring reports, and identifying operational trends.

• Clear stakeholder communication, strong attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with procurement and ticketing tools such as Coupa, Jira, or similar platforms is preferred.

The base salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by objective factors such as the candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience. Depending on the position, the total compensation package may also include discretionary annual performance bonus opportunities and equity, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
