What You Will Do Build pipeline of candidates through variety of sourcing channels Understand sourcing needs and demographics; must be up to date with sourcing and recruiting strategies and tactics specially for Technology / Fintech roles Manage multiple candidate channels including referrals,job boards, advertising and other sourcing channels Ensure candidates have a good candidate experience including managing and contacting candidates Work with Recruitment Specialist and HR Business Partner to facilitate the recruitment process Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Need 2 or more years of experience in sourcing and recruitment preferably with technology companies Knowledge of the candidate market and companies Positive attitude and ability to remain flexible in a non-static environment Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills What we offer Competitive package Results-oriented fast-paced team culture and remote work Paid vacation leaves and sick leaves Meaningful and impactful work
