Sourcing Specialist VA (Recruitment Agency)

Location: Remote – Philippines
Client Location: New South Wales, Australia
Work Schedule: Australian Business Hours – NSW Time
Salary: AUD $10–$12 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist VA to support our recruitment agency in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for various positions across New South Wales, Australia.

The successful candidate will work closely with our recruitment team to build strong candidate pipelines, conduct targeted searches, engage potential candidates, and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

• Has strong recruitment sourcing experience and a good understanding of the Australian recruitment market.
• Experienced using Bullhorn ATS, including candidate searches, database management and maintaining accurate records.
• Confidently use SEEK Talent Search to identify and source candidates.
• Experience sourcing across different industries and levels of seniority, rather than specialising in one sector.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Can work independently, understand a recruitment brief, identify suitable candidates and adapt quickly as priorities change.
• Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing, recruitment resourcing, or talent acquisition
• Experience supporting Australian recruitment is highly preferred
• Strong experience using LinkedIn and online job boards
• Knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience using ATS, CRM, or recruitment databases
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
• Comfortable with candidate outreach and follow-ups
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
