Customer advisory and consulting delivery

  • Deliver market, strategy, innovation and technology advisory assignments for institutional and commercial customers.
  • Conduct market assessments, feasibility and opportunity studies, competitive analyses, ecosystem mapping and strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, executive presentations, decision papers and workshop materials.
  • Facilitate customer workshops and translate complex technical, business and policy topics into actionable recommendations.

Business development and opportunity shaping

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the Polish space ecosystem, including POLSA, ESA-facing entities, public authorities, primes, SMEs, start-ups, universities and research institutes.
  • Detect and qualify early-stage opportunities such as studies, innovation projects, Phase 0/A activities, R&D programmes and advisory assignments.
  • Support customer engagement using a consultative approach focused on needs, challenges and long-term objectives.
  • Contribute market insight, customer understanding and value positioning to bids, pitches and tender responses.

Ecosystem, partnerships and visibility

  • Map and engage potential partners, subcontractors and technology providers in Poland and across Europe.
  • Represent Sopra Steria at relevant conferences, industry events, workshops and ecosystem meetings.
  • Contribute to thought leadership through articles, white papers, market notes, presentations and speaking opportunities.
  • Connect Polish capabilities with Sopra Steria and CS Group space expertise across Europe.

Knowledge development

  • Maintain a structured knowledge base of market intelligence, stakeholders, programmes, references and lessons learned.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable consulting methods, templates and service offerings.

  • Existing professional network in the Polish space ecosystem, particularly in Warsaw and with national or European institutional stakeholders.
  • Strong consulting skills: structured problem solving, qualitative and quantitative analysis, research, synthesis, report writing and executive presentation.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage assignments or workstreams from analysis through delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Fluent Polish and professional English, minimum C1 preferred.
  • Excellent command of PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally within Europe.
  • EU citizenship or a permanent EU work permit.
