Ipsos Interactive Services (IIS) is the operations division that offers a full range of online, survey-based services to our internal Client Service team members. As a Spanish Bilingual Market Research Interviewer, you will play a crucial role in our Call Center Canada department. Your main responsibility will be to conduct telephone surveys with respondents in the US and Canada, covering various topics such as buying habits, customer satisfaction, and social issues. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our client's projects and build lasting relationships. There is no telemarketing or sales involved. Make outgoing calls to recruit respondents for our research panel. Assist panel members with inquiries, portal access, and troubleshooting. Conduct telephone surveys, reading questionnaires aloud and accurately recording responses. Maintain a courteous and professional customer service approach. Ensure efficient time management and organization of survey tasks. Provide support and assistance to respondents during surveys. Adhere to Ipsos' high-quality standards and guidelines for market research. Collaborate with the research team to ensure smooth survey operations. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in market research. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish. Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy. Prior experience in a call center, customer support, or phone interviewing is required. Experience in Help Desk or Technical Support is an asset. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with respondents. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Access to a private and quiet workspace, meeting our computer and internet requirements. Willingness to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including one weekend shift. Flexibility to amend schedule each week Expected working hours are 4:00 – 11:00 pm What you’ll need: Have a private and quiet workspace Desktop or laptop computer with minimum Microsoft Windows 11 operating system (Mac or tablet not supported; Windows 11 S Mode not supported) Minimum computer requirements are 1.1 GHz and 512 MB RAM Broadband or high-speed DSL, cable or satellite internet connection. Able to run Windows Updates regularly to keep system current with latest security updates from Microsoft Antivirus software. Only one antivirus program installed. (Avast and Kaspersky not supported) Landline telephone or cell phone including a headset with microphone that connects to your telephone equipment. Excellent sound quality required.
