What You’ll Do

• Help customers with account management and billing inquiries

• Troubleshoot technical issues

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and features

• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions

• Deliver professional and empathetic customer support

Compensation & Benefits

🏡 With Company Accommodation

• Total package: €1,259.33/month

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,059.33/month

• Furnished room in a company-rented shared apartment

• Eligible housing expenses such as utilities and internet covered

💶 Without Company Accommodation

• Total gross package: €1,262.33/month

Both options include:

• Meal allowance: €154/month based on 22 working days

• Holiday & Christmas allowances

• Health insurance from day one of the employment contract

• Compensated training upon successful completion

• Annual leave according to Portuguese employment rules

Who We’re Looking For

✅ Full fluency in Castilian Spanish

✅ English B1 or higher

✅ Plus one of the following language combinations:

• Castilian + Basque

• Castilian + Catalan & Valencian

• Castilian + Galician

✅ Comfortable with technology and digital platforms

✅ Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills

✅ Available for 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

✅ Must reside in mainland Portugal
